How we verify your URLs before they are included into our database:

A few general rules:

• We accept web pages in all languages, but only the ones in English are eligible for listing in the directory, commercial sites must pay the $29.90 submission fee, click here to submit a commercial site.
   
• If we find multiple domain names containing identical content, we will only accept one of them.
   
• URLs similar to www.yourdomain.com/54gfdhk655fgfd/, URLs containing cgi-bin or other unusual build-ups are 99% of the time SPAM. We do not accepted SPAM.
   
• Manually entered keywords and a descriptions not matching the sites content will result in the removal of the URL.
   
• Pages made for selling products will only be accepted in the shopping directory. If they are submitted elsewhere they will be added to our database, but not in any of the directories.
   
• An URL can only be listed under one category.
   
• Anyone who repeatedly break these rules will be ignored. Let's say you submit www.yourdomain.com/you/001/, www.yourdomain.com/you/002/, and so on, and they all are close to identical, we just tell the searchengine to ignore anything looking like www.yourdomain.com/you/*, and you will have to mail us giving us good reasons for lifting the ban.

The procedure:

• We look up the url. If it can't be loaded we put it on hold for 24 hours. If the page still won't load, it is removed.
   
• When the page is loaded we evaluate whether or not the category it was submitted under is accurate.
   
• At the same time we make sure it's not SPAM or a site pointing to another already submitted site (doorways).
   
• Next we let software crosscheck URLs already in the database with the new one. If it finds similarities we manually compare and determine if it is or not. If we find the same URL already in another category and both categories could fit, we will add it to the newest category requested, at the same time removing it from the old one.
   
• IF the URL passes these tests it will be added to the directory.
